Office Furniture Mover

West Chester, OH - $17hr-$18hr (based on experience) Monday – Friday 6:30AM/7:00AM M – Finish Interview and previous experience required! Dedicated and dependable Office Furniture Mover with experience transporting, assembling, and installing office furniture in commercial environments. Skilled in furniture assembly, office relocations, material handling, and safe operation of moving equipment. Proven ability to work effectively in physically demanding environments while maintaining safety, accuracy, and exceptional customer service. Strong team player with a commitment to completing projects efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Safely loaded, unloaded, transported, and installed office furniture, including desks, cubicles, filing cabinets, workstations, conference tables, and office equipment.
• Assisted with office relocations, renovations, and reconfigurations while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Disassembled and reassembled office furniture according to manufacturer specifications and client requirements.
• Moved furniture and equipment throughout office buildings, commercial facilities, and customer locations while adhering to safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques.
• Utilized hand trucks, dollies, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to transport heavy items efficiently and safely.
• Protect furniture, fixtures, and property from damage during moving, delivery, and installation processes.
• Coordinated with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure projects were completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintained a clean and organized work environment while following company safety policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills by professionally interacting with clients and addressing relocation or installation needs.
