Equipment Operator

We are hiring an Equipment Operator to support field operations by preparing, operating, and maintaining equipment while following strict safety procedures. This is an entry-level opportunity for dependable candidates with a strong work ethic who are interested in oilfield or industrial work.

Schedule: 15 days on / 6 days off

Equipment Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.00 to $ 22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available

• Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down.
• Operate equipment according to training and job requirements.
• Assist field and maintenance crews.
• Participate in pre-job and toolbox safety meetings.
• Inspect equipment and report problems or safety concerns.
• Help ensure equipment remains clean, safe, and operational.
• Follow PPE, HSE, and company safety procedures.
• Work with the crew to complete jobs safely and on time.

Equipment Operator Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Entry-level candidates welcome.
• 0–1 year of general labor or oilfield experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
