To support efficient customs operations, the full-time Junior Entry Writer will process customs entries, review documentation for compliance with US regulations, and communicate with clients and carriers, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Process and submit customs entries accurately and in a timely manner Review documentation for completeness and compliance with US Customs regulations Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers to resolve issues and facilitate timely shipment clearance Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or ecommerce operations (preferred) Familiarity with US Customs procedures and entry types (e.g., Section 321, informal, formal entries) Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy Proven ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines in a remote setting Tech-savvy, comfortable using brokerage or logistics platforms and Excel/Google Sheets
